Adjusting the temperature is effortless with the EKG's base knob, offering a range from 57-100 degrees Celsius. The chosen temperature is displayed on a compact LCD screen located on the base, which also shows the real-time temperature as the water heats.
The Stagg EKG can maintain a set temperature for up to an hour when the toggle at the base's rear is switched to HOLD mode. If not in HOLD mode, the kettle automatically enters sleep mode after reaching the set temperature.Â
