Yes! Enjoy complimentary shipping on coffee orders over AU$80 within Australia, provided the delivery cost does not exceed AU$20.00.

Please note that this offer does not include coffee equipment or accessories.

If you wish to purchase coffee and equipment, we recommend making separate orders to be eligible for free delivery.

This offer is not valid for some remote areas where the delivery cost exceeds AU$20.00.

Orders where shipping costs exceed this amount will be charged the standard delivery fee.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

What is your return policy?

Coffee Products

Due to the perishable nature of our coffee, we cannot accept change-of-mind returns for coffee products. However, if there is a mistake with your coffee order, or if you receive a damaged or faulty product, we will replace it with fresh coffee at no extra charge. Please email us at info@brazcoffee.com.au and include your order number for prompt resolution.

Merchandise & Equipment

For change-of-mind returns on merchandise and equipment, we offer a 30-day return window. Items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.

How do I initiate a return?

To initiate a return, contact our Customer Service team at info@brazcoffee.com.au with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll provide you with a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) and detailed instructions on how to proceed.

Are return shipping costs covered?

Shipping costs for returning the item are the responsibility of the customer for change-of-mind returns. For faulty or damaged items, we will cover the return shipping costs. Please consider using a trackable shipping service for items over $75, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

How long will it take to process my return and refund?

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund via email. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-14 business days. Exchanges are only available for defective or damaged items.
