Our farm

Congonhas Farm, Cerrado Mineiro

Our coffee starts on our family-owned farm in the Cerrado Mineiro region of Minas Gerais, Brazil. The region is known for coffee with notes of chocolate, nuts and caramel, a mild acidity and a sweet, nutty finish, shaped by its altitude, rich soil and steady climate.

The farm grows more than coffee. Alongside soy, corn, beans, potato and wheat, we run livestock and turn farm by-products into compost and natural fertiliser, which cuts our reliance on external chemical inputs.

We supply the green coffee from our own farm, and every batch is roasted and packed in Australia, so origin and quality stay in our hands from the farm to your cup.

Real coffee at the campsite, on the boat or on the trail

A drip bag weighs next to nothing and needs only a cup and hot water, so good coffee comes along wherever you go.
